Bourgogne Tribal Show 2017

Published: May 23, 2017

Returning for its second annual edition after a successful debut in 2016, the Bourgogne Tribal Show will be held May 25–28, again in Besanceuil (just north of Lyon) on property belonging to contemporary art dealer Bruno Mory. Bringing together masterpieces of tribal, Asian, and Islamic art in a convivial atmosphere that also highlights regional winemakers, the new show has been attracting new exhibitors based in France, England, and Spain, including Jean-Christophe Charbonnier, Patrice Brémond, Charles-Wesley Hourdé, Jonathan Hope, and David Serra, all of whom expand the event’s international character. Non-European art will again be featured in a special exhibition in the nearby Farinier at the Abbaye de Cluny, the theme of which will be childhood.
