How long is my price quote valid?

All quoted prices are valid for a period of one month from quotation date.

What is your shipping policy?

Items are generally shipped domestically via UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. Domestic shipping costs, including freight, packaging and insurance, are free of charge to the customer and are included in the quoted price. The amount of insurance will equal the purchase price of the item/s purchased. Shipping will usually take place within three business days after payment in full is received. Note that alternative shipping methods are available. In such a case, the customer must specify their preferences before shipping costs can be determined, and shipment will only take place after the customer has agreed to the terms.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs for international shipments, including freight, packaging and insurance, are at customers’ expense. The amount of insurance will equal the purchase price of the item. Contact us for applicable rates. Shipping will usually take place within three business days after payment is received in full. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Any insurance claim for receipt of damaged items must be communicated to us within 2 days of receipt of damaged item(s). Please send us an email with full details of the items damaged as well as photos of the damages.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Residents of New York State must pay sales tax unless they are tax exempt.

What is your return policy?

Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction as a customer. We offer a five (5) day examination period during which items can be inspected and returned. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, refunds will be issued in the amount of the purchase price, provided items are returned before the end of the 5 day examination period. The buyer is responsible for all the costs of return shipment, including freight, insurance and packing costs. No refunds will be made for any shipping costs, including freight, packing and insurance, paid by the customer. All returned items must be insured by the customer against loss or damage for the full value of the item(s) purchased, and they must be received in the same condition as when shipped to be valid for a refund. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of returned items. The method of refund will be at seller's option (e.g. credit card, wire transfer).
